Our goal is to continuously service our customer and provide a quality product. In the event there is a warranty claim, please follow the below procedures to help expedite the claim process. Please note failure to follow the process below or an incomplete form will delay processing and resolution:
- Review the requirements for a warranty claim as seen in our Policy (Warranty Information)
- All products/parts returned must have an RGA# – One will be provided should parts be needed to return
- The claim form must be completed in full (Warranty Claim Form) and attached on the return in an area that is easily visible and accessible.
- A copy of the claim for will be emailed to you.
- Return product via prepaid freight by sender.
- MAT HD will inspect the product to determine validity of the claim.
- If claim is deemed valid, MAT HD will replace the product or issue a credit to the claimant as well as credit for reasonable freight costs.
- If claim is deemed invalid, MAT HD will either scrap or return freight collect per the direction of the claimant.
