Warranty Claim Procedures



Our goal is to continuously service our customer and provide a quality product. In the event there is a warranty claim, please follow the below procedures to help expedite the claim process. Please note failure to follow the process below or an incomplete form will delay processing and resolution:

  1. Review the requirements for a warranty claim as seen in our Policy (Warranty Information)
  2. All products/parts returned must have an RGA# – One will be provided should parts be needed to return
  3. The claim form must be completed in full (Warranty Claim Form) and attached on the return in an area that is easily visible and accessible.
  4. A copy of the claim for will be emailed to you.
  5. Return product via prepaid freight by sender.
  6. MAT HD will inspect the product to determine validity of the claim.
  7. If claim is deemed valid, MAT HD will replace the product or issue a credit to the claimant as well as credit for reasonable freight costs.
  8. If claim is deemed invalid, MAT HD will either scrap or return freight collect per the direction of the claimant.
